Our client is seeking a full-time, remote Outside Logistics Sales Executive to join their growing team.
Job Type: Full-time/work from home
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating and developing new leads.
- Develop relationships with potential clients.
- Negotiate and achieve sales targets.
- Communicate with customers and offer solutions that meet their specific shipping needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Proven track record of 3 years + successful outside sales in the transportation/logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with customer relationship management software (CRM)
- Proficient in Gmail, MS Word, Excel
- Must be located in the US
- Must be able to travel to see customers and meet with manager 3x-4x a year
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry required
- Entrepreneurial spirit
