Our client is looking to add a Logistics Sales Executive to their expanding team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to generate new business and expand our client’s customer base as well as other duties that are outlined below.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage your strong selling experience to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique logistics needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on freight solutions and 3PL services.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Previous experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing business landscape.
- Work closely with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight brokerage sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Startup experience preferred.
