Produce Logistics Sales Executive
This individual will be responsible for driving produce business growth by effectively developing a pipeline of potential customers in conjunction with the ideal customer profile of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage strategy for effective leads, prospecting, and client solicitation while ensuring appropriate allocation of people resources to manage accounts and freight movement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients nationwide.
- Manage individual sales and revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional service to all clients.
- Establish and monitor personal development plans that include pipeline management to promote and measure the effective utilization of sales planning tools.
- Analyze the market and competition to understand the transportation industry and adapt business strategy to achieve competitive advantage.
- Provide quotes for current and prospective clients.
- Maintain sales and growth-oriented mindset associated with organic growth.
- Perform analytical and logistics planning to proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of produce sales experience within the logistics industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Successful track record of building relationships with key stakeholders.
