Job Description:
- Maintaining and growing the business within assigned customers.
- Managing the territory efficiently and orderly through effective business planning and implementation, including customer data input into field force CRM.
- Maintaining a strong, positive relationship with accounts at all relevant levels (Key Opinion Leaders) in the assigned territory
- support the sales force team with proper training and sales coaching.
Job Requirements:
5 or more years of sales of biotech/pharmaceutical / medical devices or other healthcare products.
University Degree (biotech/engineering/healthcare)
Knowledge of medical devices selling
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with other departments within the organization and with people at all levels of the organization.
Problem Solving: Improves upon existing approaches by seeking opportunities to creatively transform.
Interpersonal Skills: Effectively and productively engages with others and establishes trust, credibility, and confidence with others (e.g., works well across multi-functional account teams).
