If driving change and creating an impact from Day 1 sounds appetizing, this role may be for you! As a Sales Manager Regional Accounts, you'll focus on achieving assigned sales objectives and deliver profitable customers growth.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
* Achieve assigned sales objectives and deliver profitable customers growth by managing the regional customer of North Italy across different retail channels (Hypermarkets, Supermarkets)
* Negotiate the local contract with the assigned customers.
* Contribute to develop specific plans for the assigned customers, achieving sustainable growth in line with the Company Commercial Strategy
* Achieve the sales targets assigned, both quantitative and qualitative: NIV, NSV, full P&L, terms of Payment.
* In collaboration with the Sr Sales Manager Regional Account and Financial Sales Business Partner defines the financial Plan for the assigned Customers
* Build a collaborating relationship with the customers, promoting the (COMPANY NAME)'s image and guaranteeing an excellent implementation of the 4P (presence, placement, price, and promotion).
* Check the evolution of the market and the competitor's trough reports and constant advice.
* He/she oversees promotion planning and assortment structure.
* Provides sales forecasts for production for assigned customers on a monthly base.
Your recipe for success
* Experience of at least 2-3 years in multinational companies in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry, either on the Supply or on the Distribution side, selling to Regional and/or National Customer.
* University Degree, preferably in Economics
* Fluent English
* Confident with Microsoft Excel
* Ability to drive best in class performances through negotiation, selling and in store execution, as well as analysis of the market trend.
* Proactive in every circumstance, with a natural problem solving.
