Job Description:
We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Manager Customer Experience & Innovation Consulting in the pharmaceutical sector. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a pharmaceutical client as part of our marketing transformation team.
* Collaborate with the client to define the strategic context of the marketing activity, including business objectives, target audience, and process inefficiencies;
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and customer preferences;
* Work with the data strategy team to conduct research and generate insights useful for the development of marketing strategies;
* Develop strategic frameworks and action plans based on analyses and insights;
* Support the definition and implementation of the client's omnichannel strategy;
* Design and maintain performance monitoring tools and insight generation tools to enhance marketing activities;
* Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing transformation projects for the pharmaceutical client, in collaboration with internal teams to ensure strategic focus and results consistent with objectives.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Business Consultant;
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector (strongly preferred);
* Knowledge of major MarTech stacks;
* Data analysis skills and the ability to use information to drive marketing strategy development;
* Ability to manage complex projects, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
* Knowledge of technological and digital trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Advanced proficiency in the English is a must-have.
