Position Summary
Within the International Supply Chain team of Nestl? Waters, you will be responsible for managing order shipments and for being in strict contact with our distributors worldwide.
A day in the life of the International Supply Chain Specialist
* Managing order shipments and loading appointments on international clients: that means order management, load optimization, product stock verification, product shipment organization, export document;
* Having a daily contact with supply planner/customers/foreign subsidiary/Area Managers and transporters;
* Having a front-end contact with key distributors: we expect you to find proactive solutions to logistic issues and to be a trustful and insightful partner for Area Sales Managers in order to reach a common goal;
* Managing appointments for loading at our factories and warehouses;
* Managing claims or returns;
* Handling load problems directly with transporters and customers' forwarders;
* Conducting reports and analysis related to the KPI of the function.
What will make you successful
* Minimum 2 years experience (Supply Chain, Logistics)
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
* Good knowledge of SAP
* Able to work with deadlines
* Be a curious teamplayer
* English and Italian are a must
* Knowledge of another language is very appreciated
