Your Role
Your primary objective is to support the aviation + aerospace (AA) team, consulting with customers while building a strong relationship; making them our business partners. You have full understanding of operational costs that you will be responsible for + competency in handling customer quotations + our AA network.Your Responsibilities
• To demonstrate AA industry knowledge, understanding customers' needs while staying alert to time critical requests.• To demonstrate excellent knowledge of international + domestic airline routings, international airports + time zones.
• To ensure new customers are being on-boarded in compliance with our internal processes.
• To understand Customer Care + deliver highest level of service ensuring we are as good as the last shipment delivered.
• To implement customer job orders, including routing, classifying service type, + establishing deadlines.
• To be available 24/7/365 + operate a flexible work schedule.
• To provide customers with regular notifications + follow-up (includes flight details, customs delays, proof of delivery, additional charges incurred, resolutions, etc.)
• To ensure understanding + application of customer standard operating procedures (SOP) + follow through.
