Senior Logistics Sales Executive
Our client is looking to add a Senior Sales Executive to their expanding team. This position will be responsible for prospecting potential clients and leading in-person and virtual sales engagements as well as other duties that are outlined below.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, healthy close rate and engage prospects through multiple channels and our client’s CRM.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop creative enterprise-level solutions leveraging our client’s entire portfolio of services.
- Attend industry and networking events in the Cincinnati/Northern KY market.
- Help develop implementation plans and support the Account Management team with new customer acquisition.
- Support the creation of an annual S&OP budget.
- Understand and execute pricing strategies for all services and lead RFP/RFI responses.
- High school degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum five years of sales experience.
- Ability to travel as needed (estimated 20-30%).
- Experience selling to executive-level decision-makers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required.
- A can-do attitude and team mindset.
- Advanced knowledge of transportation and supply chain terminology and concepts.
- Growth mindset and results-oriented approach.
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
- Expert-level proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.
- Working knowledge of customer technologies including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) preferred.
