IT Service Internship

Santander Italia ? alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire in tirocinio nella propria squadra, all'interno del Servizio Technology della Direzione IT & Operation.
Qui, la risorsa avr? l'opportunit? di intraprendere un percorso formativo professionalizzante che svilupper? in affiancamento a figure specialiste sulle seguenti tematiche:
* desktop management: legate alla gestione e configurazione di dispositivi (nuovi pc, nuovi telefoni, dispositivi di comunicazione e videoconferenza, etc.) o software;
* amministrazione ordinaria dei sistemi interni: network authority, posta elettronica, profili Active Directory, etc.;
* rilascio delle abilitazioni ad operare sui sistemi di remote banking per Santander Italia o per le eventuali societ? del Gruppo, per le quali Santander Italia ? incaricata del servicing;
* implementazione di soluzioni per gestire ed automatizzare le casistiche di supporto IT pi? ricorrenti (come, ad esempio, il reset di password, etc…);
* gestione dei ticket SNOW di Primo Livello e relativa attribuzione ai fornitori/Product Owner per la gestione di secondo livello;
* gestione e rilevazione dei livelli di servizio inerenti agli SNOW;
* attivit? di test management: redazione dei Test Book (SIT/UAT), organizzazione e coordinamento delle sessioni di Test (SIT/UAT) con strumenti e metodologie standard;
* recepimento delle policy di Gruppo, per quanto di competenza, con conseguente adeguamento e implementazione delle policy / procedure interne.
Il profilo ideale ? in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
* Laurea in ambito ingegneristico, informatico o economico;
* Lingua italiana C1 o madrelingua;
* Lingua inglese almeno B2;
* Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
* Ottima capacit? di lavoro in team;
* Forte orientamento al risultato.
Sar? considerata un plus la conoscenza di uno o pi? linguaggi di programmazione.

Santander Italy is looking for a successful candidate to join the Technology Department within the IT & Operation Management. As an IT Service Intern, he/she will have the opportunity to undertake a professional training path alongside specialists on the following topics:
* desktop management: related to the management and configuration of devices (new PCs, new telephones, communication and videoconferencing devices, etc.) or software;
* ordinary administration of internal systems: network authority, e-mail, Active Directory profiles, etc.;
* release of authorizations to operate on remote banking systems for Santander Italia or for the other companies of the Group, for which Santander Italia is in charge of servicing;
* implementation of solutions to manage and automate the most recurring IT support cases (such as, for example, password resets, etc…);
* first level management of SNOW tickets and related attribution to suppliers/Product Owners for second level management;
* management and detection of service levels related to SNOW;
* test management activities: drafting of Test Books (SIT/UAT), organization and coordination of Test sessions (SIT/UAT) with standard tools and methodologies;
* transposition of Group policies, with consequent adaptation and implementation of internal policies/procedures.
To be successful in the role, the candidate must have:
* University Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or Economics;
* Italian C1 or mother tongue;
* English at least B2;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;
* Strong teamworking skills and result orientation.
Knowledge of one or more programming languages will be considered a plus.
