We are looking for a candidate that would like to join us for internship in Accounts Payable department.
Main responsibilities:
* Receive and review vendor invoice, performs invoice matching and VAT invoice verification.
* Ensure accuracy and timely processing of vendor invoice for PO and non-PO items.
* Review and standardize account coding of expenses.
* Coordinate with team lead and local business unit Controllers to reduce the occurrence of non-PO invoices.
* Ensure all non-PO invoices are authorized before payment.
* Review AP reconciliation, ageing reports and other financial reports to identify error
* Ensure clearing accounts are maintained up-to-date and identify action plans for any long outstanding items.
* Identify the process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the management, enhance controllership and drive process improvement continually
