Responsibilities
• Manage shipping activities, including preparing necessary documentation and meeting customer requests• Assist the manager in customer contact and sales processes• Provide customer support for document preparation and booking of fair handling services• Handle import and export shipments• Prepare all transportation and logistics documentation for fairs• Arrange insurance for goods if necessary• Monitor service progress and communicate any deviations to customers• Issue and send invoices• Handle invoice reconciliation with suppliers• Assist administration with cash management• Manage damage claims with customers and suppliers• Manage logistics services at fairs
Requirements
• Diploma or degree• Experience in a similar role is a plus• Excellent spoken and written English• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Problem-solving abilities• Ability to work in a team
Key Skills Needed
