The resource will be included within the Client Implementation Team, which works under the guidance of the Principal/ Client Implementation Manager(s) within the Corporate bank Cash management.
The team supports the overall coordination and facilitates the development of the implementation plan for top-tier clients.
Client Implementation is responsible for highly complex client account openings and product set up requests (including new, changing or expanding requirements).
The candidate will support the colleagues on successful implementation and delivery of Cash Management products and solutions. The key responsibilities of the role includes:
•Implementing top-tier solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions
•Delivering seamless product(s)/service(s) setup and streamlined installation processes in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
•Monitoring and evaluating product performance and client feedback to generate new product ideas and identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet client needs
•Liaising with other areas of the bank to implement these changes
Requirements:
-Degree in Economics
-Languages: Native Italian speaker with very good level of English written and spoken fluently to support frequent interaction with foreign colleagues.
-IT Skills: Microsoft office Package : Word, PowerPoint and Excel
We offer a fixed term contract of 6 months, maternity cover, that can be extended.
