Job Description:
The Mobility Aftermarket department for Robert (COMPANY NAME) GmbH, have a unique opportunity for a Customer Logistics coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for an important customer key account.
Your contribution to something big:
* Preferred interface between the customer and our central logistics organization (replenishment, transport, and warehouse);
* Proactive tracking and monitoring of customer orders and delivery dates with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction;
* Implementation and follow up of customer requirements;
* Close coordination and collaboration with the sales team;
* Monitoring stock levels, proactive follow-up of discrepancies;
* Creation and analysis of KPIs and implement corrective measures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement process
* Suggest process improvements using digitalization and automation tools;
* Deriving recommendations for action using data analysis/interpretations (example with PowerBI);
Qualifications:
What distinguishes you:
* Education (Bachelor/ Master) in logistics;
* Customer oriented;
* Structured and organized;
* Negotiation skills;
* Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
* Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written;
* Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills;
* Able to multitask;
* Knowledge of SAP and previous supply chain experience - desirable;
