Job Description | Support Manager

For our sales office in Milan, we are looking for a Support Manager (m/f/d) for the EF High School Exchange Year Program.
Your Responsibilities:
* Receiving and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
* Communication and solution-oriented negotiation with customers and EF offices abroad (USA, UK and Ireland)
* Coordination between EF high school students and EF offices in Italy and abroad during the exchange year
* Assumption of projects and tasks in customer relationship management
* Administrative support
Requirements:
* Degree with focus on (business) psychology, intercultural communication, international management, business administration advantageous
* 2-5 years of relevant work experience
* Strong communication skills
* Business fluent English
* Italian mother tongue
* Empathy, straightforwardness and high stress resistance
* Problem solving orientation and structured way of working
* Team player
* Experience abroad (preferably through own experience in student exchange)
