As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue and profit opportunities. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership for field resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics
- Developing and executing short and long-range resource plans based on forecasts and regional business commitments
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide support for execution and delivery of customer projects and requirements
- Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers to build relationships and ensure success
- Interfacing with customer service managers on issues escalation to provide a swift resolution to customer problems
- Suggesting improvements to capture lessons learned and continually improve our processes and procedures
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have High School Diploma or higher
- Be proficient in MS Office with a focus on Excel
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Have good English proficiency and native in Japanese.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems
