What you’d be doing in this role:
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
The Sales Operations Coordinator will work with the global sales ops analysts to understand priorities and needs of the business. They will help train and set expectations on how to handle various components of their job function. These individuals will be a crucial part of the team in ensuring that asks are completed in a timely manner and we are supporting sales folks to the best of our ability so we can have them focus on selling.
- You be responsible for day to day management on completing all requests that come into the Sales Operations case queue; providing timely updates and SLAs.
- You will triage cases to systems that are bug related fixes or smaller enhancement requests that we have approved to be worked on.
- You have a strong eye for data integrity and work with Sales Operations to understand the areas of the CRM we need to clean up. (de dupes, enrichment, etc).
- Identify areas of improvements to reduce case volumes, automate asks and help drive sales rep efficiency and productivity.

The Sales Operations team plays a meaningful role in supporting the revenue growth at Canva by optimizing operational efficiency. The team aligns our go-to-market efforts across Sales, Customer Success and Marketing and ensures those teams have the vital tools, processes, and data to optimally collaborate and achieve revenue targets.
