Job summary
The Technical Sales Department operator provides pre-sales technical and commercial support.Responsibilities include handling customer technical inquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting with technical drawings.They also contribute to technical training programs and take care of technical literature.

Responsibilities
• Pre-sales technical support to Customers, Sales Force, internal depts., installers• Preparation of quotes and offers• Analysis of tenders• Analysis and quotation of special execution projects• Distribution of spec texts for Specifiers• Technical after-sales support for assembled frames• Handle promptly customer enquiries for products• Technical support in development of e-commerce tools• Technical support in development of proprietary technical software and sales supporting tools• Drawing and distribution of 2D/3D drawings with Autocad (dwg; dxf; pdf) or BIM objects• Writing of spec texts for Specifiers• Preparation of order forms, declaration forms, technical documents• Technical trainings for customers and internal staff• Check of orders for configured products• Technical support for Ditec’s suppliers• Retrieve internally relevant information to handle product enquiries• Communicate and coordinate with relevant internal departments• Contribute to gathering and circulation of data and information• Follow-up on what is promised to customers
