We are actively looking for an enthusiastic Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join the divisional Corporate Performance & ESG Sales Operations team.You will be part of the Corporate Performance & ESG divisional Sales Operations team focusing on Sales Enablement, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Sales Enablement plan around Sales Training and Sales Process to drive business growth and efficiency.This will translate into the following main activities:Support with developing and executing a global sales training program for CP&ESG divisionSupport with designing processes for scale and efficiencies across the divisionSupport with creating and overseeing the communications strategy around the sales processesCoordinate the collaboration between local Sales and the extended local teams to drive strategic initiatives (Marketing, Partners, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Presales, Services)Create process documentation, user guides and communications to the sales force.Creating Journey Maps (and/or other UX Artifacts) of current sales processes, in order to find new ways to optimize them.Lead and support sales enablement initiatives as required to include strategy, planning and execution to solve complex challengesYou should have:Attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, and a drive to “make it right” and “get it done”Proven experience with enterprise software and internal processes, with a preference for having worked in the corporate software industryFluent in English both written and spoken (C1 or higher)Attention to detail & strong organization skillsExcellent written/verbal communicationBA/BS degreeMS Office skillsHigh-functioning & collaborative team playerIt is better if you have:Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Process, Project Management and Process ImprovementAdvanced-level usage of Salesforce.comUsage of Microsoft Excel & Power BIUnderstanding of the mindset and training and retention concepts that are most successful with sellersAbility to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with stakeholders in all departmentsAbility to learn quickly and work independently in a busy fast-paced environmentAbility to pivot, when necessary, without sacrificing qualityMultilingual professional experienceStrong analytical and research skillsStrategic data interpretation and visual representationAbility to function in a fast-paced collaborative and in a matrixed organizationStrong work ethic and passion for excellenceWhat do we offer at Wolters Kluwer?Flexible working hours where you can start between 8:00 and 10:00 and flexible working policy.Full access to E-learning platforms such as LinkedIn LearningContinuous training plans provided through in-person courses, certifications, training-on-the-job, webinars.Performance plans where we would like to determine which career path you prefer to follow.
