Description

The role of the Oral Care Specialist Remote will be to support the promotion of Client’s portfolio of Oral Care products across several brand lines and indications. The role requires the individual to identify local Dental Hygienists, selected Dental Specialists, and selected Pharmacies to develop local, regional and a national business plan that delivers calls, through remote interactions and marketing initiatives on the assigned target list. The OCSR will be required to ensure operational targets are met and surpassed by being able to intelligently identify the appropriate engagement channel for the assigned target, gain consent and apply data and insight to drive a smart, informed and value-based conversations with customers.

Temporary contract. Candidates can apply from each Italian region, since the role is full remote.

Responsibilities

  • Reach of an agreed target list on which the OCSR will identify and develop HCP’s value-based interactions to ensure alignment to national and regional strategy.
  • Deliver on a well-defined business plan within budget and agreed timelines.
  • Deliver other key performance indicators as directed.
  • Successfully complete the distance learning and initial training programme.
  • Use of CRM system to support planning, sequential selling, and territory analysis.
  • Educate the assigned target list on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of the products and the future portfolio to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Identify and assess local opportunities and where value can be added, presenting prudent business cases to line manager for additional investment consideration.
  • Develop long term business relationships with the assigned accounts to protect the progressive business from the threat of future competition.
  • Attend regular interaction at scheduled business meetings to continually drive a culture of collaboration, support and sharing best practice.
  • Share critical insights with marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Comply with all Syneos Health and J&J SOPs and codes of ethical practice.
  • Ensure that all activity is compliant with local rules and regulations.

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Life Sciences.
  • Fulfils legal requirements for Medical Representative in Italy
  • Current relationships with target Dental Specialists /Hygienists and Pharmacists across large territories would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of the market environment and its challenges.
  • Enthusiastic, high energy, team orientated person with a “can do” attitude.
  • Outstanding communicator with exceptional selling and persuading skills.
  • Strong drive for achievement and willingness to challenge the status quo to deliver results.
  • An intelligent networker who identifies the touch points in each account which need to be influenced.
  • Ability to utilize Veeva and/or other digital resources to deliver sales targets in the most cost-efficient way possible.
  • Willingness to collaborate with team colleagues share best practice in the interests of the team’s success and their own.
