We are currently recruiting an ambitious Lawyer to join our market leading Finance team in Italy.
We serve a diverse client base encompassing lenders and borrowers/sponsors, including investment funds, on all aspects of domestic or cross-border financing transactions, including real estate finance, acquisition finance and debt restructuring.
If you’re a bright and ambitious Italian Qualified Lawyer with experience in banking & finance transactional matters, and excellent command of verbal and written English (any other main foreign language would also be a real asset), bring your ambition, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset to a global business that’s redefining the possible.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working as part of our market leading team and will undertake a broad variety of work that will cover our core finance and restructuring services:
- advising on a broad variety of financing transactions, including leveraged/acquisition finance, real estate finance deals and restructuring matters
- engaging in the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide variety of finance documents, including facility agreements, security documents and other ancillary documentation
ABOUT YOU
- We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however giving an indicative PQE as an approximate guide for applicants. Candidates who have between 1 and 2 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English
- Provide a professional, quality service in a timely manner, and respond effectively to requests from internal and external clients
- Commercially astute and stays current on key legal and business news
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
