The ideal candidate will have solid experience in corporate legal counseling and managing corporate transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on corporate law matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
- Advising and implementing internal corporate restructurings, demerger, and other corporate transactions.
- Advise on corporate governance practices and compliance issues.
- Keep the team updated on new laws, regulations, and legal practices.
Requirements:
- Law degree.
- Bar admission.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a large group.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law regulations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
