The Position
IT Associate Delivery Manager

We are looking for an IT Associate Delivery Manager to join one of our teams in (COMPANY NAME) Polska within the (COMPANY NAME) Informatics division.

Your team:
15 Delivery Managers with diverse backgrounds and experiences located in Poland and Malaysia, collectively working on ERP-related products.

Your key responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for the delivery of services, projects, and solutions for the ERP business area as per arrangements (the budget, time, quality standards, functional requirements, and corporate rules).
* You will coordinate and work directly with the multiple (COMPANY NAME) Informatics teams to ensure seamless delivery of existing services and projects and as well as accountable for the development of new ones.
* You will collaborate with internal partners in the field of building long-term relationships, searching for new areas of cooperation, identification, and implementation of improvements, proposing new solutions and with vendors to ensure the availability of and engagement of appropriate external resources.
Your qualifications and experience:
* Previous experience in managing IT projects and services, in a multicultural and international environment. Experience in ERP business area or SAP technology will be an advantage.
* Ability to understand a complex business landscape and to establish effective cooperation with IT and business partners.
* Some knowledge of good practices of IT service management (ITIL) and agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, LEAN).
* 3rd party and vendor performance management basic experience that includes KPI driven activities.
* We would appreciate - influencing, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
* English proficiency - level C1.

* Salary range 15 000 - 20 000 PLN gross based on the employment contract (Umowa o pracę),
