Your new Role

You will join the Corporate Demand Management team, reporting directly to the IT Portfolio & Program Director. You will be involved in supporting the Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Risk and Compliance, Security and Data Protection) in gathering the projects needs, defining and refining the User requirements, addressing the relating feasibility studies with the impacted IT teams, defining and monitoring the projects planning and the evolution Roadmaps and ensuring that all the projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will sit with Corporate stakeholders in order to understand and refine business requirements, translate them into a package of workable use cases, define and manage Roadmaps and be in charge for Portfolio and Budget Management.

What you need to succeed!

• You have at least 3 years of experience in a structured contexts such as Consultancy firms or Enterprise companies (i.e. Bank, Insurance, Telco, Utilities) as IT Demand Specialist or Manager for the Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Risk and Compliance, Security and Data protection), focusing on IT Projects Planning and Management, Requirements and priorities definition, working with both Coporate and IT teams;
• You have a degree in Engineering, Science, Economics;
• You have excellent knowledge of Project Management, Management Systems architecture and logics (i.e. SAP FI, Oracle Hyperion, EPM/HCM, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.), requirements definition, feasibility analysis process, Planning and Budgeting process;
• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
• You are proactive, flexible, innovative, determined, goal oriented, customer oriented);
• You know how to work in a team, managing complex projects by interacting with different stakeholders.
