Your new role

You will join the IT Portfolio & Program Management team, reporting directly to the IT Portfolio & Program Manager. In this role, on one hand you will act as a PMO, by collecting, analyzing and prioritizing business requests coming from the development factories, and participating in the creation and management of the IT Roadmap. You will plan, manage and monitor the activities included within the product and IT platforms Roadmap, managing several project streams at a time. You will deal with stakeholder management, Project Portfolio Management, Budget Management, with the preparation and presentation of Roadmap Governance Documents in support of the Steering Committee. On the other hand, you will also act as a Project Manager, supporting the different working groups and the IT Development factories, drilling down to the projects’ operational and technical details.

What you need to succeed

• You have at least 4 years of experience in similar roles, managing IT Integration and digital projects with high architectural complexity (B2C & B2B custom Web Portals or Apps, CRM, marketing automation, AI, BI, machine learning, etc.);
• You have a natural attitude to study and explore technical, architectural, and IT integration matters, not limiting yourself to a “high level” view and comprehension of the Projects you manage;
• You have previous experience in Project Portfolio Management and Budget Management;
• You use collaboration and project management tools, and you have experience in preparing and presenting Roadmap governance documents such as GANTT, log files, SAL and kick-off .ppt, etc.;
• You have excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint);
• You are sensitive on Security, Compliance, Audit;
• You know how to work and interact within a complex and international Large Enterprise environment;
• You have a degree in scientific subjects like engineering, ICT or in management;
• You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
• You have good relationship and negotiation skills, you are precise, flexible, team worker and goal oriented.
