Responsibilities
* Responsibility for the maintenance of the User / employee master data in the ERP system ensuring all users are created in the system in a timely manner and have correct profiles and permissions to perform their daily work
* Maintain reporting line structures to ensure correct team structures are created
* Responsibility for the execution and checking of the migration job and liaise with the technical expert when needed
* Identify and support the delivery of improvements regarding the business processes within the tools.
* Assist the team with administrative tasks and in matters of the optimization of existing processes.
* Support with testing in projects when required
* Keep in close contact with our customers and sponsors in the business community
* Support the internal customer with the daily ticket support - prioritizing urgent tickets
* Ensure work is SOX compliant and perform 4-eyes principal checks for SOX compliance within the team - training is provided
* Work efficiently with Kanban methodology - training is provided
* Participate in regular team meetings
Qualifications
* Graduate in Business Administration or Business Economics, relevant Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
* Competent use of IT applications
* Experience with ERP systems would be ideal
* Interest in data recording, maintenance, and projects
* Some experience in project and stakeholder management
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team with a strong eye for detail, flexibility, and organizing skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the German language would be an advantage
