Job Description:
Is your challenge to improve the people's learning experience and support their constant growth?
If so, we are looking for a very passionate and open mind HR Learning and Development Professional who will take the ownership to collaborate with managers and business stakeholders to design and implement our talent programs and academies working with the team to constantly bring the best training experience to all our employees.
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective learning solutions
* Scheduling organizational tasks (calendar, invites, pre and post survey, results analysis…) for our internal academies
* Managing live training moments (tutoring, co-facilitation…)
* Managing relations with external and internal facilitators
* Proactively supporting learners on talent programs, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources to succeed
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in Learning and Development, incorporating innovative approaches into our programs
* Owner for the local deployment related to our Global LMS platform
* Reporting activities and KPI monitoring
Qualifications:
If you have:
* 1-2 years of experience as L&D professional in a multinational and multicultural environment where high flexibility and fast-paced mindset are essential to get your goals
* Bachelor or Master Degree (HR Master will be considered a plus)
* Excellent knowledge of Office suite (Excel mainly)
* Excellent knowledge of presentation tools (Powerpoint, Canva)
* Excellent in English language proficiency
If you are:
* Strong in organizational and project management skills
* Passionate for Learning and Development topics, constantly looking for new solutions and trends
* A great team player, highly collaborative and flexible working style
* Proactive and willing to bring your value and leave your sign
