Aurore Development S.p.a is a leading company in the management of outdoor facilities.The company has certifications for safety and environmental sustainability.They are currently hiring a Food & Beverage Manager for their three locations in Cavallino Treporti, Venice.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Participating in the recruitment and selection of staff for the three locations.• Managing department supervisors, including scheduling and purchasing.• Working alongside the Executive Chef to analyze costs and plan activities.• Providing support to the management in evaluating and implementing changes to the business.
Requirements
• Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in restaurants.• Ability to manage large teams.• Solid experience in banquet service.• Experience in managing high volume of guests.• Leadership skills and customer orientation.• Ability to propose innovative solutions.• Knowledge of wines and beverages.• Fluency in at least two foreign languages (English and German).• Preferably residing in the territory.• Age between 40 and 50 years old.• Immediate availability.
