About this job:
As First Line Sales Manager of Nephrology, for your designated territory and specialist brands, you play a crucial role in driving success Ensure, through coordinating the scientific information activity of your assigned team, the achievement of therapy adoption objectives in the designated area, contributing to national revenue targets, in line with company strategies and by applicable norms and procedures.
You will be part of an inclusive team that works to develop innovative therapies for patients.
As a First Line Sales Manager, Nephrology, you will:
- Plan, guide, and manage the activity of your team in the territory for the assigned products, coordinating the work of the ISFs, analyzing the results achieved, correcting any deviations, and suggesting action plans to achieve the assigned objectives.
- Manage and control the allocated budget to maintain and improve competitiveness in their area of responsibility.
- Monitor and control allocated resources, overseeing the management of the budget assigned to each ISF and conducting a profitability analysis of each area, periodically reporting the results to their supervisor.
- Promote and strengthen teamwork with Marketing, Market Access, and Operational Excellence teams, regarding commercial strategies, participation in national and international congresses, scientific events, and any other activities of interest that contribute to improving results in a highly competitive market.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
- Previous experience in sales and people management within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrate knowledge of local forecasts and business ownership.
- Hold a driver's License.
- Extensive experience in Compliance and Regulatory legislation.
- Experienced in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or equivalent.
Additional information:
- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is field-based in Italy/South-Central and 50% travel is expected in line with your role.
- Some limited, occasional travel in Italy (including overnight stays).
