We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Credit Risk Advisor for to take care of customer management and assist requests form one of our clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide front line support for customers through inbound calls, providing helpful information about existing loan agreement, to ensure that customers are satisfied.
- Manage complaints to proactively advise and consult, ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer needs with a view to continuous improvement of the offered service.
- Manage relations with all internal structures for the resolution of complex problems.
- Manage document verification service.
- Verify the compliance and documentation of financing contract requests.
- Contact the sales network when documents integration is needed.
- Manage all the sales network’s requests on document clarification and integration.
- Manage contract’s settlement.
- Manage contract’s review and verification (updating of personal data and contracts).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus;
- Verbal and written communication;
- Planning;
- Teamwork;
- Initiative and independence.
- High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office.
- Language’s skills: Italian, English.
