We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge.

About the role

Working within the Cambridge Online Education team, you will manage queries directed to the team with regards to course delivery, proactively resolving issues and helping with the coordination of customer support activities.

You will own the student and tutor enrolment process, ensuring data is consistent between systems and that user on-boarding happens in a timely and efficient manner.

Other duties will also include:

  • Organisation and maintenance of an operations calendar, ensuring associated workflows, tasks and processes are planned for and carried out to the expected schedule.
  • Acting as a key stakeholder in the management of ongoing improvements related to course user experience by helping to collate, report and analyse learner and tutor feedback data.

Our team are passionate about development and progression, and we support all our team members in their learning. We are a highly collaborative team, where everyone's input is valuable and new ideas are listened to.

About you

You will be a proactive individual and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

You will have demonstrable experience in the provision of customer support, particularly in an online environment.

Ideally, you will have experience of administrating virtual learning platforms, e.g., Canvas, Moodle (or the equivalent experience on other web platform administration).

You will also possess the skills to analyse and improve operational workflows.
