We are looking for an Operations Support Team (OST) Coordinator to join our Manila Operations Support   Team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to help establish the Operations Support Team in Manila, fueling the expansion of our thriving Philippine Branch and providing invaluable support to Operations Managers both here and in the UK. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our Operations Teams are on course for delivery of multiple exam series.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

 

 As an Operations Support Team Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in people management and planning of permanent and temporary staff members, partnering closely with group managers ensuring demands for peak work is met. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will actively and reactively review the allocation of OST and temporary members of staff, maximizing the sharing of knowledge and experience within the team and Operations.

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Excellent communication and accurate writing skills
  • People management experience
  • Accurate with data when using Microsoft Excel and Word, or other internal systems
  • Proven track record of accomplishment in an operational management position demonstrating responsibility, accountability, innovation, successful team leadership and development, and customer interfacing at a coordinator level.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to problem solve.
