Job summary
Weatherford is a leading global energy services company.They are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team at their Ortona site in Italy.The successful candidate will oversee the day to day operations of the Fishing and Rental yard.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Supervise Location Supervisors and Dispatchers.• Communicate with sales force to secure customer requirements and time frames.• Prepare quotes and generate purchase orders.• Perform credit verification on customers.• Assist in the preparation of reports.• Be available on a 24-hour call basis to respond to customer needs.• Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.• Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements.• Comply with all safety rules and company policies.• Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• 5 years experience in Fishing and Rental Operations.• Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and dispatch and track resources.• High School Diploma or Equivalent.• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.• Multi-tasking ability.
