As Back Office & Customer Service Advocatesyou will be part of an agile team which encourages collaboration, responsiveness and ownership to drive operational improvements through the use of an Agile framework and tools such as Kanban board and Trello.
What you’ll do:
Manage Back Office and multichannel customer support activities (e.g. refunds, security check, claims including defective returns management, storecredit generation, etc.)
Be in contact with brand partners, final customers, B2B direct sales channels, suppliers, couriers
Support in the management of logistic flows of goods and order information
Provide up-to-date inputs on new policies and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes
Assist the team for reporting and KPIs monitoring activities for continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills both oral and written in Italian and English
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same or in a similar role
Passion for customer assistance and customer caring activities
Team-player mentality
Excellent use of Microsoft Office Excel as well as Google Suite
English proficiency is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Knowledge of Zendesk and/or Kibo is a plus
Great time management and follow up skills
Ability to learn and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced and dynamic working environment
