Trade Marketing Manager - Italy

Position
Th?lios, (COMPANY NAME)'s eyewear expert, is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager Italy, for a permanent contract.
The Trade Marketing Manager Italy, reporting directly to the Head of Trade Marketing, will be responsible for managing and coordinating all permanent visibility projects and activating campaigns for each new collection. He/she will have to guarantee the execution of marketing activities on the Italian perimeter, for all the Maisons belonging to the Thelios portfolio.
The resource will have to coordinate daily activities with different external and internal interlocutors (Sales, Trade Marketing HQ, Training, Digital, Logistics, Customer Service, third party suppliers, customers, ...) in order to ensure compliance with the guidelines for each brand within the points of sale and maximise the results (sell-out) and visibility of each Maison, in compliance with the timing and budget required according to the different projects.
The role will be based in Milan, with the possibility of home-working as envisaged by company regulations. Approximately 35% travel within the territory/EU.
Visibility :
- Managing the implementation of visibility projects for all the Maisons in the Thelios portfolio, for in-store presence, corners, dedicated POP activations for collections and new launches.
- Maximising the presence and space of Thelios brands with the support of the commercial department;
- Daily management of relations with suppliers to coordinate the execution and installation of the visibility plan.
- Daily collaboration with internal sales teams, Trade Marketing HQ to coordinate projects
- Managing the request of graphic materials through the use of internal platforms and sending materials to external agencies.
- Establish ongoing and constructive collaboration with Brand Ambassadors and local distributors in order to ensure compliance with the guidelines and image of the Maisons in store.
- Establishing a partnership with key clients
Monitoring activities :
- Monitor, anticipate and evaluate the results of activities (sell-out) to ensure performance
- Enter SAP/Flower orders and purchase requests and related tracking.
- Monitor and collect photos seasonal/permanent visibility plan for updating periodic reports
Budget :
- Negotiate quotations with external suppliers for the services offered and check that they are in line with the allocated budget.
Resource management:
- A junior profile will be under the supervision of the TM manager.
Profile
Education
* Master degree.
* Business school education, or equivalent.
Experience
At least 2 years in a similar role or position within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics industry.
Additional skills
* Languages: Italian and English, French is a plus
* Computing : knowledge of Office Package, SAP is a plus
