Job Description
How you will contribute
* Define Brands' BTL strategy in line with Brand positioning, ambition and annual growth targets.
* Coordinate Markets and Channels to ensure the correct and timely execution of Trade Marketing activities for the relevant Brands.
* Project Management: briefing and monitoring the implementation of visibility activities and projects in coordination with the Retail & Corporate Design, Visual Merchandising, Communication & PR, Go-To-Market, Brand Management and Fashion House teams.
* Independently gather feedback, needs and requests from Markets and Channels both in anticipation and as follow-up of Trade Marketing activities.
* Consolidate, analyse and share with all stakeholders the results of Trade Marketing activities carried out in Markets and Channels for the relevant brands.
* Manage BTL HQ Budget and monitor BTL markets' ones.
* Define and manage Brands' Marketing Collaterals Offer with Fashion House teams.
* Share best practices with Markets and Channels
Who you are
* A university graduate with 2-3 years of experience in similar roles in a fast-paced environment
* With Experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories.
* Master's degree in marketing or similar
* Advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Dynamic, proactive, flexible, curious, committed to teamwork, positive and collaborative attitude.
