We are looking for a Strategic Business Development Managerfor US Market, to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Sales Area. She / He will be responsible for the OEM clients with the aim of growing the use of our products and solutions among machine manufacturers who export to the United States, a very active market of fundamental importance for digital industries.

Your Challenge
As a Strategic Business Development Manager for the US Market, your main activities will be to:
* collaborate with the project representatives at HQ and in the USA to acquire adequate support and attention to the needs of our OEMs;
* push sales activities with OEM sales representatives to support multinational end customers in the United States;
* identify strategic projects and, with the support of the BUs, provide the necessary support to OEMs for the conversion of projects from the competition;
* promote (COMPANY NAME) services in the US Market;
* develop an OEM strategy by interacting directly with the manufacturers' sales manager;
Use your skills to move the world forward. To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
* Strong Business Development skills
* Previous solid technical experience in the fields of Automation, Motion Control, Digitalization technologies (AI, Edge computing, Cybersecurity)
* Customer centric vision
* Passion to never-stop growing
* Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Eligibility to work in Italy
