**YOUR MISSION**
As a Business Development Manager it is your responsibility to expand and maintain our current business and customer relationships together with a constant strive to improve the value offered and perceived by the customer.
** YOUR MAIN GOALS **
-Managing a wide portfolio of customers in the food, cosmetics, pharma and packaging industry,
-A clear relationship builder with curiosity to improve and develop your customers business,
-Capable to manage a wide variety of stakeholders both internally and externally - contacts might range from a production operator to the owner or business unit director,
-Develop and execute a clear plan dedicated to your local market to increase revenue,
-Clear driver of progress and adding value to your customers supply chain with the ability to be agile and learn on the fly,
-Ability to translate customer's needs into a value proposition.
-You are able to work autonomous, to analyze a customers or accounts challenges and develop a solution whilst managing internal and external expectations,
