As F&B Administrative Assistant Trainee, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties and Responsibilities
As F&B Administrative Assistant Trainee, I will support Managers and Supervisors for the efficient operation in the following:
* Understand Eat with Six Senses philosophy and strategy.
* Understand F&B KPI's
* Supporting the Hostess team in order to understand our booking procedures and platforms.
* Knowing Financial Reports
* Knowing Infrasys structure and POS system
* Operate office equipment such as fax & copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other applications.
* Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
* Greet callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate people according to their needs.
* Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
* Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
* Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
* Make copies of correspondence and other printed material.
* Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
* Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
* Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
* Assist in the making and control of their outlet operational budget, ensuring that all costs are strictly controlled and maximizing profitability.
* Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
* Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B Day to day activities.
* Have good knowledge of all F&B outlets opening hours.
* Always maintain the highest standard of social skills.
* Report any maintenances faults following the required steps.
* Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports on time.
* Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
* Attending meetings and training as required by supervisors.
* Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
* Perform any additional tasks given to me by the Director of Food and Beverage.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of F&B Administrative Assistant, I possess a minimum of Bachelor's degree and I have the required qualifications and technical skills including following.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent and Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
* MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including MICROS/point of sell platforms.
* Fluent in Italian and good in English. I understand that additional languages are preferred.
* Eligible to work in Italy (only EU Citizens).
