Administrative Accounting Assistant

We are currently looking for an Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our client, an international company in the Claims Solutions sector, based in Rome (Center)
Responsibilities:
- Monthly preparation of Excel files
- Monthly data entry into Excel files
- Assistance with active invoicing (Italian/European/Foreign)
- Data entry and processing in the company's management system
- General administrative services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 / 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role within companies
- General accounting knowledge
- Ability to quickly learn the company's accounting systems
- Teamwork orientation
- Excellent ability to manage deadlines
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Proficiency in using major software packages, with knowledge of at least one accounting management system
- Good knowledge of Excel
General skills required:
- Full-time availability
- Diploma/Degree
The position offers a competitive salary of €38,000/40,000 per year.
