JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Primary Objective of Position
* Increases sales and market share of (COMPANY NAME) Diabetes Care (ADC) products through the sale of all available diabetes products.
* Is responsible to achieve sales plan for the assigned sales territory.

* Campania
3.Major Accountabilities
* Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
Main tasks include:
* Develops and implements plans to create sales, maintain and expand ADC business.
* Keeps current on internal and competitive products and positioning by utilizing a variety of resources.
* Maintains good relationships with customers and visits them on a regular basis.
* Collaborate with Distributors and their agents on project dedicated to Pharmacies.
* Writes weekly reports about which customers he has visited.
* Understands and conveys information professionally and accurately.
* Has acquired experience and maturity on glucose monitoring marketplace.
4.Education
* Preferable scientific degree, biology, and pharmacy or equivalent.
5.Background
* Knows ADC products their applications and competitors (instruments, technologies, strategies).
* Knows and applies ADC procedures policies and code of business conduct.
* Have an elementary English language knowledge.
* Knows how to operate standard software packages.
* Have a good sales strategies knowledge.
6.Impact of position
* Sales growth of territory.
