Activities of the Sales Manager Italy : Strategically driving total profitable revenue and market share growth with assigned existing and new account portfolio (multi -segment) for our global hotel portfolio Creating a consultative selling approach to maximize commercial opportunity Researching, identifying and establishing new business sales contacts, developing relationships and revenue opportunities from existing clients Preparing a strategic account plan for each key- and prospect account Identifying new prospect accounts by constant market analysis Pro-actively working together in global account teams Producing reports and use corresponding systems for analysing data and preparing action plans Reporting to the Country Director of Sales The qualities we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or tourism At least 3 4 years’ experience in sales within the hotel industry Experience in contracting and negotiating - Knowledge in Yield and Revenue Management - Ability to identify business opportunities, develop accounts and close deals - Fluent in English - Energizing and friendly personality Fluent in MS Office What we offer We strive to be a good place to work.
