SALES MANAGER

The chosen person, reporting directly to the Italy division manager, will be responsible for coordinating a team of four salespeople engaged in the territorial development of the business and, in detail, to:

- Create and implement sales strategies and achieve sales targets shared by the headquarter.

- Analyze market data and trends, adapting sales and customer acquisition strategies.

- Identify growth opportunities in the power bank market in the territory of Milan and province.

- Assign individual and team goals, monitor performance and provide feedback to improve it.

- Plan and coordinate sales activities, ensuring effective territorial coverage and optimizing customer visit routes.

Requirements

- Proven experience in the role of at least two years, gained in the technology/electronics field or related products industry.

- Prior experience managing an operations team required.

- Knowledge of the target market.

Offer

- Contract: Permanent placement in the RAL range between 35k and 45k.

- Place of work: Milan (MI). The resource will be initially working on a full remote contract, that might become a collaboration in hybrid mode on the Milan office.

- Working Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
