Responsibilities
* Handle inquiries and requests from Italian and French partners via phone and email promptly and efficiently.
* Provide immediate support to partners regarding commission inquiries, technical issues, store openings, and general administrative matters (eg: payments and invoices issue).
* Collaborate closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure seamless coordination and support for partner needs.
* Act as a liaison between partners and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and resolution of issues.
You are right for this job if
* You would like to work in a dynamic team where new challenges are solved every day.
* You already have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
* You have excellent skills in using Apple MacOs X and Windows operating systems and Windows Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* You know how to work fast without losing accuracy.
* You have good English and French knowledge.
* You are available to work on shifts 5 days per week.
