Process Specialist

Your Role

The role is part of a team to support and maintain all Finance Operation applications and processes as per corporate and regional guidelines, support root cause analysis of system failures in order to provide appropriate ad timely solutions, help to prepare the training material from the application side, and cooperate with corporate or regional teams for the applications development such as gathering requirements, software solution design, testing and supporting.

Your Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the delivery of day to day systems support for operations and management through supporting the FIN operation's production in various systems in cooperation with the regional team
• To oversee and ensure the delivery of user training (system enhancements, air logistics forwarding, optimization and other advanced and dedicated trainings)
• Communication with corporate support and development teams
• Creation, development and communication of SOPs and working procedures
• Administrative set up and testing of releases
• Monitor and secure optimal utilization of KNSystems to achieve excellent quality and efficiency

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Experience in finance is an advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Excellent knowledge/experience of internal Finance systems
• High degree of organizational and administrative skill
