At IVECO BUS Training Academy we provide a tailored training experience on our global offer. We have different stakeholders - inside and outside the company - with different needs, and we are committed to enhancing the knowledge and expertise of each of them, working closely with the entire IVECO BUS organization and implementing the digital roadmap. We are looking for a candidate to join the IVECO BUS team as a Training Process Governance specialist. The responsibilities include the definition, implementation and management of a new governance model aimed at strengthening the Training Process and identifying priorities, as well as supporting the deployment of the digitalization program. To be successful as a Training Process Governance specialist, you should demonstrate analytics and communication skills. We like outspoken, open minded and proactive people that are ready to challenge our believes on a daily basis. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Set-up the governance model for IVECO BUS Training Academy * Extend and monitor dedicated KPIs to assess training experience and effectiveness * Identify an action plan to address KPIs results and monitor the progress * Align the training governance across different Regions and Markets * Support the deployment of the training digital roadmap * Coordinate activities with the IVECO BUS departments involved in the training

Requisiti del candidato:

REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or Master degree in Management Engineering, Economics or Informatic fields * Preferred experience within Customer Service or Training organization for a large-scale capital equipment business * Capability to work independently delivering expected results, coordinating with other departments * Results-oriented, self-confident, self-motivated, takes initiative, persistent attitude * Advanced data analysis skills * Problem solving approach * Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in a multicultural environment * Skilled in overcoming barriers, balancing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced environment with tact and diplomacy * Ability to translate needs into concrete actions * Must have polished presentation and interpersonal skills
