The role will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:
* Participate in the definition of technologies, lines and processes
* Design of workstations in order to increase efficiency and ergonomics
* Activities in WCM program
* Lead the continuous improvement activities and the new products development process
* Evaluate the Engineering Change Notes from R&D dpt in order to define the application in production
* Support the implementation of Industry 4.0 inside the plant
* New machines and lines design and coordination with external suppliers
The ideal candidate has a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering and previous experience in the same role.
Good knowledge of drawing software as Autocad/Cadra/Solidworks or 2D/3D technical design are required.
Analytical and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.
English knowledge is basic requirements.
