Regional ISC Process Optimization Specialist

You will be part of our regional International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management + sea transportation management solutions.

Your Role

Your primary objective is to drive the continuous improvement of International Supply Chain (ISC) processes + system usage across our region to improve service levels + reduce cost-to-serve.

Your Responsibilities

• Your primary objective is to drive the continuous improvement of International Supply Chain (ISC) processes +
  system usage across our region to improve service levels + reduce cost-to-serve.
• To drive standardization + scalability of operational processes + control environments to enhance service
  levels, generate additional profits or reduce cost-to-serve across our region.
• To identify, evaluate + rank process improvement opportunities into the Process Optimization Roadmap.
• To synchronize process improvement plans with other process owners within the value chain + other
  interfacing processes.
• To mobilize project teams + create the project charter.
• To analyze the as-is processes, performance + identify root causes.
• To visualize, plan + implement solutions that correct the root causes.
• To stabilize performance through monitoring performance indexes + taking corrective actions.
• To translate structural/recurring issues + risks into functional requirement specifications enabling the development of new systems, processes, controls, training, policies + facilities.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Your strong project management skills + knowledge of the continuous improvement methodologies, along with your ISC product knowledge + strong internal relationships will be the key to your success.
