Mission:
The Process optimizer will work inside the Compliance & Internal Control team in BP GEMS Italy. He/she will contribute to the following missions:
1. Becoming autonomous on Internal Control issues. This means in particular:
o Understanding the Internal Control methodology applied by the Group and knowing the system used for the reporting;
o Learning how to participate in the self-assessment campaigns as well as in the documentation of process and control;
o Performing regular follow-up of action plans;
2. Management of the operational risk topics, which will include:
o Analysis and identification of situations in order to determine possible solutions to contribute to the Process Optimization and securization as well as a follow-up of the action plans being put into place;
o Analysis of documentation and drafting of new views to be presented to the management in order to increase the added value of the reporting
o Implementation, review and management of the local Compliance program of Engie entities in accordance with the applicable Legislative Decree.
3. Spreading of an Ethics & Compliance as well as internal control cultures supporting the different stakeholders and deploying specific training sessions.
4. Execution of control to check the correct implementation of policies and procedure at local level with focus on Conflict of interest, Gift & Hospitality, Business Consultant management and all other Ethics & Compliance guidelines applicable within the perimeter
All the activities are fully integrated within Europe. All processes are defined globally and enforced locally.

Requisiti del candidato:

Qualifications required:
Master degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance.
Specific Knowledge:
* Fluent in?Italian and English written & oral; French would be a plus
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools (including Power BI), digital native being a plus
* Analytical mindset
* Ability to understand complex processes and interaction and how to improve and secure them
* Capacity to find pragmatic operational solutions
* Well organized, curious and proactive
* Curiosity, open-mindedness and eagerness to learn about business evolutions
* Excellent social skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment in order to interact with different stakeholders
Experience:
Knowledge of the internal control topic and the risk based approach would be a plus
