We look for talented people with diverse backgrounds to join our team. Right now, we're recruiting a Partner Marketing Manager with a focus on Italy in our Milan office !
Your mission:
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of our international, multidisciplinary Marketing community, with a focus on Italy. You will work closely with our Key Accounts team(s) to help build and strengthen relationships with our partners (businesses), by providing relevant B2B Marketing tools and/or building with their marketing teams co-branded, joint marketing campaigns and in-store activations (B2B2C).
Your Role:
Reporting to the Partner Marketing Lead for France & Italy, you will lead Partner Marketing in Italy and bring to life our B2B and B2B2C Marketing Strategy.
Responsibilities include:
* Build strong relationships with the Marketing teams of our business partners to unlock key co-branded activities and lead B2B2C campaigns (campaigns targeted at consumers co-built with our business partners) to increase our brand awareness :
* Recommend & develop personalized campaigns for our top partners
* Localize & get buy-in from partners on our Global campaigns
* Provide generic marketing tools to help our partners celebrate their partnership with us
* Collaborate with the local Key Account teams to help secure large Food Chains & Retailers and lead Partner's Employee Engagement with relevant B2B marketing activities (campaigns targeted at Businesses) to increase our impact :
* Provide dedicated B2B tools for our top partners
* Organize B2B events dedicated to our partners
* Coordinate our participation in relevant B2B exhibitions
* Provide generic commercial tools to support sales teams

* Work closely with your B2C Marketing and Global Partner Marketing colleagues to amplify relevant local activity through Partner channels where appropriate.
* Feed the international learning loop to help continuously optimize strategies, messaging and activation towards and together with partners.
* Identify local trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
* A relevant experience in trade marketing, ideally partnering with key accounts, with a proven track record in successfully delivering Trade Marketing campaigns for Food- and/or Retail partners.
* Ability to translate strategic objectives to tangible ideas and multi-channel activations, and to implement them effectively
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Strong drive to engage Partners thanks to a partner-centric mindset : ability to match the partner's objectives with ours and translate them into actionable next steps
* Ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in an international matrix organisation.
* Hyper-organised and passionate about operational excellence.
* Keen eye for detail, and proficiency in briefing & reviewing campaign assets.
* Ambitious and results-oriented mindset.
